In case you can't remember them, here are some of the exercises that we may have taught you in the office.  Do not perform these unless you have been cleared to do so.  Don't hesitate to ask if you have questions!

The Pressing Reset exercises that we taught you on the mat in the office.  Remember, the diaphragmatic breathing is the most important part of this.  Don't skip it with the eye movements.
